HOW WE WORK

We always give our clients a clear breakdown of all estimated costs at the outset, so they can decide how best to spend their budget. We charge by the hour at a rate of £80 per hour.

STEP ONE

HOME CONSULTATION

Our clients contact us to make an initial appointment for us to visit them in their home to look at the project and have a chat about they would like to change their space. This meeting usually takes about 1.5 hours and as well as talking through the project, we'll take measurements and photographs.

STEP TWO

WRITTEN PROPOSAL

After our initial meeting, we break down the costs into how many hours we think the work will take us, as well as estimated costs for any fittings, furniture, lighting and works required such as carpentry, electrical work, decorating and window dressings .

This way our clients get a good idea of the overall cost of the project and can use us as much or as little as they like

STEP THREE

PROCURMENT / PRODUCTION

Once the scope of works is agreed, we aim to make the process as stress free as possible. Every project is different, and we agree at the outset how much support is required. We have helped clients with everything from a colour scheme for a single room to a full house renovation, but we always encourage creative collaboration between us and our clients.
