FAMILY HOUSE
PROJECT TYPE
Full renovation.
LOCATION
Little Chelsea, London
After more than 20 years in Asia, our clients returned to London wanting a warm and welcoming family home. This full renovation of a five-bedroom house combines comfort with practicality and incorporates their Artwork and furniture from Singapore to remind them of their time spent overseas.
“I cannot recommend Jo and Anna highly enough and are so grateful that they were recommended to us. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with — professional, creative, practical and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. What began as what we all thought would be a relatively straightforward interior design project (updating our house that had been tenanted for over 10 years) quickly expanded as we added more and more to the brief but Jo and Anna took everything in their stride. Even while working to a very tight timeframe and me overseas with a large time difference. Despite the challenges, they handled every aspect seamlessly and made the whole experience feel completely stress-free. Their communication was outstanding, always quick to respond and proactive in finding solutions. They gave thoughtful, cost-effective advice and practical suggestions without ever compromising on beautful style or quality, and they managed contractors brilliantly, keeping everything moving smoothly and efficiently. Their paperwork, design documents and budget spreadsheets were immaculate, and everything was delivered on budget despite the evolving scope of the project. Most importantly, they took what could have been a very overwhelming process and turned it into something genuinely enjoyable and fun. Their calm, capable can-do approach gave me complete confidence throughout, and the end result exceeded expectations giving us a beautiful, practical and comfortable home. I would absolutely work with them again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a talented, trustworthy and highly capable interior design team.”
